Snacks from the sub-continent will be provided.
This ride will be a route check for the 50 km Audax event at the end of April. The ride will use the same start time and finish time as the event itself, so the cafe stop will likely need to be shorter than usual. The ride should reach Milnthorpe Marsh near Heversham before 11:30, and return to Wray by 13:14. Some riders may be asked to check the route sheet that will be provided to entrants to ensure its accuracy.

Recent Cycling Levels in Lancaster
The Club now expects riders to have their emergency contact information (ICE) with them when on rides.
